Money transfers to Moldova are sent via Contact money transfer system. You can send a transfer online on our website and pay with Israeli credit card. After the payment is accepted, the sender receives a unique transfer control number via WhatsApp. This number is needed to receive a transfer or to track its status. The money can be picked up in cash at any office of Moldova Post, MoldIndConBank, VictoriaBank and EnergBank. To pick up the money, the recipient must show their ID and a transfer number.

A transfer control number will be also sent by text message to your phone. If you have provided us with recipient’s phone number, then the recipient will receive a text message with a control number as well. Otherwise you will need to send this number to the recipient by yourself.

To receive a transfer, you need its control number. If the recipient’s mobile phone was indicated when sending the transfer, an SMS with the transfer number is automatically sent to this phone after payment is confirmed. Otherwise, the transfer number should be clarified with the sender.
