Card-to-card money transfers from Israel to Russia
Recently, many have faced an unexpected issue: popular services have suspended money transfers from Israel to Russia. We...
13 June, 2026Money arrives in minutes, not business days. We’re open every day, even Saturdays, when banks are closed.
If something goes wrong, you’ll talk to a real person, not a bot. We’ll sort it out fast, or refund you in full.
Bank transfers often hide fees until after you’ve sent the money. With us, the price you see is the price you pay.
Our money transfer to a US bank account arrives within 1 business day after the day it’s sent. A regular wire transfer can take up to 5 business days — the money passes through a chain of intermediary banks, and time is lost at every step. We send money to Europe even faster: thanks to our direct connection to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), our bank transfers arrive within minutes.
When money is needed right away, the recipient can pick it up in cash at a payout location — no bank account, no card required. This helps when a bank simply can’t: for example, if you’re a tourist whose card was stolen or blocked, and the money is needed today — even on a Saturday.
With a regular wire transfer, a fee is charged at every step: the sending bank, one or two intermediary banks, and the receiving bank — each charging a fixed amount regardless of the transfer size. For example, on a $400 transfer, total fees can add up to around $50–80 — that’s up to 20% of the amount. The exact fee isn’t known to the bank at the time of sending; it’s charged after the fact. Our fee, on the other hand, is significantly lower, and you see it before you send.
With banks, the recipient often pays a fee to receive an international transfer — and that fee, too, isn’t known in advance and is charged after the fact. With us, only the sender pays the fee. For the recipient, our transfers are always free.
Depends on the payout method.
If you need to send money urgently — for example, on Saturday, when everything is closed — a transfer with cash or card payout reaches the recipient within minutes, even when banks aren’t working.
MoneySend is operated by Albercom Ltd (address: Daniel Frisch 3, Tel Aviv), holder of a Financial Asset Service Provider license No. 62711, issued by Israel’s Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority. We’re required to meet regulatory requirements — from financial stability to transaction monitoring.
Albercom holds the trust mark of Dun & Bradstreet — the world’s oldest business credit rating bureau (founded in 1841), used by banks and government bodies worldwide to assess company reliability.
Your card details are never stored by us and are never visible to us. They’re transmitted directly to Isracard’s secure processing system. Even in the event of a breach, our customers’ card details would not be exposed.
Speaking of breaches — since MoneySend launched in 2018, and even earlier, since Albercom was founded in 1996, we haven’t had a single successful breach or data leak.
Sometimes a transfer can’t be paid out — for example, the recipient’s card is blocked, or the name doesn’t match their passport. Call us and you’ll reach a live representative right away — no bots, no phone menus, even on Shabbat and holidays. We’ll offer a solution: payout to another card, cash payout, correcting the details.
If you’d rather get your money back than find an alternative — for any reason — we refund 100% of the amount, including the fee. Not “minus a fee” — the whole thing.
The fee is 1.5% of the transfer amount. The minimum fee is $5. Go to the transfer page, choose your destination country, and you’ll immediately see a cost calculator showing the fee and the exact amount that will be charged to your card. We guarantee no hidden fees. For the recipient, our transfers are always free.
We accept all Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards issued in Israel, including prepaid Postal Bank cards.
